Las Vegas has so many great restaurants, the world knows this but what I love are all the little local restaurants popping up in our neighborhoods. EAT in Summerlin is one of our favorites. Wonderful food, healthy, and indulgent options. The staff is so friendly and always on their game. My kids beg to go here for the grilled cheese and tomato soup. My youngest loves the “yummiest pancakes” and when she was in her super hero phase, wearing her costumes 24 hours per day, the staff addressed her by whatever super hero she was disguised as that day. #eatlocal #eatateat #summerlinlife
